At Restaurante Diamante, we have been cooking for you from the exact same corner of Paguera for half a century. Three generations of the same family with our own unique way of cooking, which has remained unchanged by the passage of time: by hand, taking no shortcuts, and dedicating plenty of time and love. Our kitchen is built on real, high-quality ingredients, homemade recipes, and attention to detail. All with a menu whose dishes have been affectionately selected, year after year.

What sets us apart

The secret ingredient: time

We take the time to prepare every sauce from scratch, by hand, and in an artisan way. Just as it has always been done. No pre-made sauces, no powders, no jars. We have been doing it this way all these years for one simple reason: it is exactly what we love to eat, and we want nothing less for you.

Recipes with heritage

Many of our recipes are inherited or even gifted. Our Diana sauce was a gift from Manolo, the owner of a legendary restaurant in Peguera that we used to frequent when we were young.

When Manolo closed his doors, we all lost the best Diana sauce in the area. That was until Malen’s birthday, when he touched our hearts by teaching us how to make it. Today, we prepare it with deep respect and pride, knowing how lucky we are to share the best recipe of all with you.

Not at all, we are an independent restaurant with our own license. In fact, most of our tables are filled by Peguera neighbors, Calvià residents, and visitors from all over. Diamante is the meeting point where travelers and locals cross paths. You don’t need a room key to sit at our table; just a desire to let yourself be carried away by our cuisine. We look forward to welcoming you.

Our kitchen is open from Monday to Sunday, from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm, for dinner service only. We highly recommend booking one or two days in advance, especially during July, August, and September.

We are located at Carrer de Palmira, 4, very close to the seafront promenade. You can find free street parking in the surrounding streets. If you are driving from Palma, it is a 25-minute drive via the Ma-1 highway, and parking is usually straightforward, even during the high season. We recommend parking near the CEIP Xaloc public school, located just a few minutes’ walk away.

Yes, absolutely. Every year we welcome groups of cyclists and hikers visiting Mallorca outside the beach season, as well as corporate dinners, anniversaries, and family celebrations. If your group is larger than eight people, please contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will create a tailored proposal for you: set menus, selected wines, and flexible timing.
